Zopim Chat/New Support Feature

Greetings chos! I'm sure a few of you have noticed a chat box sort of thing on the log-in page of Chobots. This is one of Chobots newest Support features; Zopim Chat! Basically, it's like Skype. If you have a question or need something, you simply type in your message and send it. 

A support member online will then help you with whatever you're inquiring about. This is a lot faster and much more convenient than sending an e-mail. 

Even if there isn't a support member online, your message will still go through and they'll get back to you later.

To minimize the chat box, simply click the minus on the top right hand corner of the box. 

That way the box won't interfere with your experience while playing Chobots! The chat box will always be there in-case you need to contact Support. 

I, for one, LOVE this new feature. A new user one time asked me how to send an e-mail. I never knew how hard it was to explain something I took for granted everyday, until then! 

Even if you decide not to use this new feature, you can still always e-mail Support@chobots.net if you require assistance for anything.
